Welcome to FNServer! (Alpha Version)

FNServer is image collaboration software for web servers written for PHP4/5 implementing the FotoNotes(TM) image annotation specification. Modular and object-oriented, FNServer runs stand-alone or as a part of other CMS's. Offers blog and wiki features.

FNServer is a dramatic overhaul and massively refactored version of earlier "Fotowiki" code that had been in development for more than two years. We are calling it "alpha" because we still adding previously existing features back into FNServer. The code itself is stable, however, and much easier to extend than the previous code.

We are still moving into SourceForge and things are still a bit messy. However the first release of FNServer is now available from our FNServer SourceForge pages.
